The Team Who is Supporting my Battle

Family Lead by my Fabulous Wife of 30+ Years - Sue

Sue  - In addition to her constant support, love and guidance, she is also a fabulous Registered Nurse who has watched over the entire process and educated herself on our situation.  I am convinced that neither her father or I would still be on this earth if not for her quick actions in time of trouble.  I Love you Sue!  The kindest, most giving person I have ever met.  She comes from strong roots and has been the rock of our relationship! Love from your "Mister"

Melissa - You have been our rock and strength during these most trying times.  Supporting me, your Mom and everyone else around you has been incredible to watch!  You also seem to know just when to push the right buttons! You make us very proud and I am anxious to see your and Mike's lives grow together starting in September.  Oh - and the stuff with the business - UNBELIEVABLE!!  Love, Dad

Melanie - Thank you for your encouragement and support and doing whatever you could when you could.  Your frequent trips, calls and encouragement are much appreciated. I understand it is difficult to be so far away and that you and Fred have other commitments and issues.   I do appreciate the help you gave early (researching, making meals etc.) and your efforts now.  Thanks to Fred for all the computer help and my love and support to both of you! Love, Dad

Michelle - You and Richard have been a God send this trip with all your cleaning and support and mostly putting up with my moods!  Your support and encouragement is much appreciated! Knowing you have all of your issues and keeping yourself together is the most important thing you can do right now.  We are all so proud of what you have been a been able to accomplish with your life against unbelievable odds.  You are one of the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met and Richard seems to be a good influence on you.  I wish you both the best and it was great having you with us on your mini-vacation. Love, Dad

My Two Sets of Parents - My parents both died at a fairly young age after having taught me right from wrong, given me strength and courage and nurtured me into early adult hood.  They were wonderful parents and I cherish their memories.  They surrounded us with love, guidance and discipline. (Does anyone today know what a 12:00 curfew is?)  See Aplastic Promise for more on my Parents. Sue and I had been married only a few years when my Dad died and I was devastated.  Not only did she help pick up the pieces but she brought along her own parents to help.  They have truly been like a second set of "Mom and Dad" to me and countless others. They opened their home to more people than any place I have ever seen and dispensed love, humor, kindness and fellowship.  I wrote a song dedicated to them which can be heard in the music section.

My Special Thanks & Gratitude to my family and these dear people listed below!
