I was told before that I should take 1-2 several times per day rather than just in the AM so will start that regimen today		 A, C, D, E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, B6, FA, B12, Biotin, Patothenic Acid, Calcium, Magnesium, Chromium, Molbdenum, Postassium, Choline, NAC, L-Glutathone, Beron, Vanadium
NutriCology Super Vitamin B Complex RBC Development  (Thiamin, Riboflavin, NIacin, B6, Folic Acid, B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid)  - Heavily Duplicated in Multiple - Going to Drop for awhile
Metagenics Mag-Glycinate Multi is light on Calcium and Magnesium so take 2 tablets twice a day.  - This relieves cramps.
Dale Alexander Norwegian Cod Liver Oil Omega 3/6  Fat - Recommended by Ron at EHCF - Cause I'm Norwegian?
Jarrow Formulas Q-Absorb CoQ10 RBC Oxygenization - Added back 7/7/02
