Becca, sorry that you will be spending your time in the hospital during the holidays. Write me at vivwright@webtv.net I will tell you what I experienced with the atg treatment. I do agree that low white counts are what makes it more difficult for some during treatment. The atg varies from 4 to 10 days. Mine was for 5 days with an iv drip for 6 hours.
