11/08/99: Very Severe Aplastic Anemia: Hgb: 4.6 Plt: 8k GNC: 23 (not 2300)

12/22/03: Normal and holding! Hgb: 13.5 Plt: 153k GNC: 1690

Last transfusion: reds: 8/00 platelets: 2/01 (following appendectomy)

Meds: hormone replacement and bone density

Complications: none

Life: NORMAL!
