No I did not see it. Our local news ran a spot a woman with AA that is going through drug therapy right now and if it doesn't take, she'll have a BMT in May. She doesn't have a match and the story focused on how people are getting tested in hopes to find her a match. They did talk about the importance of transfusions however. It was real short spot. Have you given any thought to sending CNN an email regarding the story? Cuz you're right. The BMT is only one aspect of this disease, and a very expensive one. But so is getting ATG, drugs, transfusions, hospitalization for the things that creep up while your counts are low, etc.
