Thanks for the valuable information about the CBC results as well as platelet donors, Marla! To answer your question, I wasn't given any meds in the ER (except for Tylenol and Benadryl for the transfusions, but those were administered after the CBC was drawn), so the platelet count remains a mystery. I'll be curious to see what the numbers are on Monday......
