Even then the response was extremely slow.) Don't give up too soon! (My experience in short: VSAA dx in 10/99 with ANC 0.03, plt tx weekly, RBC every 9 days on average, low-dose rabbit ATG in 10/99 and starting of cyclosporine, no response to ATG: ANC stabilized at 0.11 and tx dependence unchanged; additional dx of PNH in 3/00 meaning basically that my RBC die early; higher-dose horse ATG in 4/00 and only in 6/00 tiny sign of response: plt stable in the ten's for months, ANC constantly at or above 0.5 only in 11/00, and Hgb is still only just above 8 due to the PNH). If you have any questions feel free to ask. Ulrike, 33 dx VSAA 10/99 and PNH 3/00 ATG/cyclo x 2, currently cyclo
