Bruce, I too am on Neupogen. I have been told by my hemo that if I cease the injections that my wbc would return to it's "before Neupogen levels, no worse and no better. For me that would mean severe neutropenia and a series of annoying infections. As much as I hated to start the injections, I have to admit my quality of life has improved since the Neupogen!
