hi susie, thanks for you note andf encouragement. just got home from a 7 day visit with the rabbit. after the negatvie horse experience, things went pretty well. they gave me heavy premed of solymedrol (750 mg) each time and i had no additional reactions. pretty wiped out now and home to see if this treatment will work. in answere to your question, we debated a bit about whether or not i should go back this soon for more and decided to give it a try. most of my reading of others' situations seems to indicate that a transplant is almost inevitable but i am going to go on a mission to trt to assemble better data. would like to build an online database of statsitics of success and failre - will keep you and others informed.
