Hi, Bruce! Thanks so much for writing, and I'm so glad you're home. I believe you mentioned in your posting that from your research/readings it appears a transplant may be inevitable. I would be very interested in hearing any specifics about that that you would be willing to share. Is this the case because of your specific situation or have you found general statistics, etc. that lead you to feel this way? I know for me, I am CONSTANTLY questioning whether or not I have made/am making the right treatment choices. It is such a difficult and frightening decision. My two brothers are not bone marrow matches, so like so many people, I was guided down the immunosuppression road. I guess it is just more waiting to see. Now that you were treated with ALG again, will you have to deal with your counts dropping even more (as they do with the ATG/ALG)? I will be anxious to hear how you are doing and will definitely have you in my thoughts and prayers. Thanks again for all the work you've done with this forum. As I mentioned before, I love how easy/convenient it is to access. Continued best wishes.
