Bruce, continued nice work on this site! I understand your confusion into treatment options. I feel the exact same thing. The only thing that was clear to me was that a BMT was not a good idea as a first treatment choice because I have no sibling match. The majority of "experts" and others (reading/research) have certainly leaned toward the ATG/cyclo regimen. I am being treated at NIH, so am aware of their halting their cytoxin protocol. BUT, it is still so very confusing to know which route to take when you hear so many experts' different opinions. So, I appreciate your delving into this further. Hopefully after this round of ALG, you will see some great improvements, and won't have to make another decison now or ever! (This seems to be fairly common!) Keep up the good work!
