I have received two ALG's and been on cyclosporine, neupogin, epogin and GSF for what seems like forever. My counts are no better today than when I was diagnosed 6 mos ago. Platelets last Monday after a week were 5000, WBC 1.1 and RBC 2.3, Hematocrits yesterday were 23. I spent 4 out of five days this week either in the Dr office getting CBC, shots and or xfusions. They are telling me now that I will be seriously considered for a BMT in October and they have a new T Cell depletion strategy that will greatly reduce the potential for GVH (From 75 % to 25%). I'm doing research on that strategy now.
