Becca, Sounds like this Campath may work for you. I believe that is one of the drugs that the transplant doctor was going to use on Larry as part of his pre-transplant treatment. It's good to hear it was not as bad as the ATG. We just did an interview with a local paper for our Blood/marrow drive. The reporter asked why we were so against a transplant. There is a million reasons, but the biggest for us is how badly Larry reacted to the ATG and how rough it was when his counts initially dropped because of the ATG. We really believed, based on the fact that he was so healthy prior to this, that he would be one of the lucky ones who seem to sail through the ATG. What a wake up call that was. I hope we never have to deal with any of that again (dont we all) but it is very encouraging to hear about how well you tolerated this latest treatment. Please keep us posted on your progress.
