my goodness. it's certainly a steep learning curve, medically. i've found that fred hutchingson medical clinic in seattle has experience with SAA. if anyone has had experience with their team of docs, we'd be interested in hearing about it. i'll check on the meds that my brother is getting, as i'm not familiar with the names just yet. his platelet count was 4 yesterday, so he had another transfusion last night. he had said the past 2 days were bad, so i'd think this low count was the reason???? once he's able to know what his body is telling him, he should be able to know to go on earlier than scheduled - is that right? jerilue
