You may want to start a new post asking about experiences at the fred hutchinson center. I think it will get lost and you may not get a response. It does take time to figure out the routine that will serve your brother best. Many AAer's can tolerate levels as low as 5K while other's are good at 10K and then there are those who need 20K . Anytime you have bleeding that is not stopping, you need to call your doctor. That includes bleeding gums, nose, small cuts, vision problems. Marlene
