Hi Jerilue, Your brothers treatment sounds like its going along normally. My doctors changed my cyclosporine dosage several times. They routinely test the levels in your body and adjust accordingly. My doctors told me that it usually takes 3 months after ATG before you start to notice any change in the blood counts. I noticed change after one month but it can take up to 6 months for any kind of a response. Good luck to your brother...it takes a lot of patience and waiting. Shawntel
